Soraya holds a Master’s degree in business law specialized in intellectual Property and technologies at the “Magistère des Techniques de l’information et de la Communication” of Poitiers.

Soraya joined the IT/IP department of CLEACH AVOCATS in 2022 after a five-year experience in a French law firm practising business law and intellectual property and at the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty.
She advises French and foreign companies with regards to intellectual property, personal data, new technologies, media law and copyright law issues.
She is a teaching assistant in audio-visual law at Sorbonne Nouvelle University
