A partner of Cleach since 2009, Beno\u00eet is in charge of the Tax Law practice. He works on everyday tax issues facing companies (corporate income tax\/value added tax\/business tax, etc.) and is also involved in tax structuring aspects of acquisitions, investments and corporate restructuring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He moreover advises on personal tax issues and defends the interests of taxpayers in relation with tax audits and before the tax courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beno\u00eet practiced law at the firms of PDGB and Medus Devaux & Associ\u00e9s, then developed his own structure before going on to join Cleach as a partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
