Gilles, a partner at CLEACH Avocats since 2023, heads the Dispute Resolution Department with Isabelle Sicot. More specifically, he assists business leaders and shareholders in the management of corporate and M&A disputes, including disputes between shareholders, the dismissal and liability of executives and all disputes arising in connection with merger and acquisition transactions. He has also developed a recognized practice in product liability and industrial risk for French and international clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An auditor of the 64th “Economic and Strategic Intelligence” cycle of the IHEDN (Institut des Hautes Etudes de D\u00e9fense Nationale, Paris), Gilles advises companies on business ethics, compliance and regulatory affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining CLEACH Avocats, Gilles practiced as Counsel at DELSOL Avocats for over ten years.
