A graduate of Sciences Po Paris - Ecofi Section (1993) and Paris II - Assas University (Master of business law – Tax law, 1991).

Jean-Christophe, a partner of CLEACH Avocats since 1998, heads the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Insolvency Law practices. He acts for French and foreign companies, providing them in particular with support in their sale or acquisition processes, efforts to raise equity, negotiation of shareholders' agreements, corporate restructuring and negotiations with creditors (banks and government-owned companies in particular) as well as assisting them more generally in defining their legal strategy and with regard to all corporate law aspects.
Before joining CLEACH Avocats, Jean-Christophe practiced law with the firm of Gide Loyrette Nouel after experience as a manager of a small business.
