A graduate of PARIS I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (post-graduate degree in Business law & Economics).
Sabrina works primarily in the Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
She is in charge of providing corporate secretarial services for companies (incorporation – approval of the financial statements – keeping the legal registers and books), the drafting of all types of instruments and agreements required during the life of Companies (capital transactions, conversion of companies into a different legal form, amendments to the bylaws and articles of incorporation, etc.) and for carrying out the related formalities (registration – filings with the clerk of the trade and companies registry, etc.).
With several years’ experience of carrying out corporate formalities and filings for companies, Sabrina joined Cleach in 2002.
