Guillaume holds a Ph.D in law and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2020.
Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole and a Specialised Master's degree in Legal Business Management from the Toulouse Business School. He completed his studies by defending a law thesis on "The elevation of robots to legal life".

Guillaume is an associate in the firm's IP/IT department. His experience enables him to advise and litigate for French and foreign companies on several issues such as intellectual property (trademarks, patents, copyright, designs and models), cybersecurity, fintech and personal data protection.
Guillaume joined CLEACH Avocats in 2023, after extensive international experience, particularly in Japan and the United States, as well as several years' experience in law firms.
