Gilles, a partner at CLEACH Avocats since 2023, heads the Dispute Resolution Department with Isabelle Sicot. More specifically, he assists business leaders and shareholders in the management of corporate and M&A disputes, including disputes between shareholders, the dismissal and liability of executives and all disputes arising in connection with merger and acquisition transactions. He has also developed a recognized practice in product liability and industrial risk for French and international clients.
An auditor of the 64th "Economic and Strategic Intelligence" cycle of the IHEDN (Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale, Paris), Gilles advises companies on business ethics, compliance and regulatory affairs.
Prior to joining CLEACH Avocats, Gilles practiced as Counsel at DELSOL Avocats for over ten years. He previously practiced at NGO MIGUERES & Associés for several years after starting his career at a niche firm specialized in product liability and industrial risk.
