Melvina VALERII is the partner in charge of the IP/IT department of CLEACH Avocats. She has been working for nearly 8 years with French and foreign companies on all IP-IT issues.
Her experience enables her to advise companies on both literary and artistic property and industrial property matters (trademarks, patents, designs). In these areas, she designs protection, valuation and exploitation strategies. She also assists them in the fields of new technologies and data protection, and in the context of due diligence or acquisition operations.
Melvina defends companies before French and international courts, and in particular before French and foreign industrial property offices. She introduces and monitors alternative dispute resolution procedures and assists her clients in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings.
The companies that have placed their trust in her and her team are, in particular, publishing companies, international industrial groups, artists, perfume houses and major goldsmith's shops.
Before joining CLEACH Avocats, Melvina practiced within the law firms ALTANA (lawyer), WILHELM & Associés and GRANGER Avocats.
