CLEACH AVOCATS retains the right to modify these terms and conditions of use at any time. The User therefore undertakes to consult them at each of his/her connections.

CLEACH AVOCATS provides its clients with a Client Area, via which they can access the documents that are shared with them.
In order to do so, the clients concerned connect to their secure Client Area, via a login and a password which will have been communicated to them by CLEACH AVOCATS. These login and password are strictly personal and confidential. They must not, under any circumstances, be communicated to any third party whatsoever.

In the context of the use of the Website and the Services, CLEACH AVOCATS collects and processes Users’ personal data.

Warranties and liability of the User
The User undertakes to browse the Website with loyalty and in accordance with the regulations in force.
Thus, the User undertakes to use the Services offered on the Site, as well as all the information to which he/she may have access via the Website, exclusively for purposes consistent with public order, morality, the rights of third parties, and the T&Cs.
As such, the User agrees in particular not to: use any content of the Website or use the Services, other than under the conditions expressly provided for in the T&Cs; to impersonate others in the use of the contact form; and in general, to carry out any fraudulent maneuvers for unfair or dishonest purposes.

In particular, CLEACH AVOCATS declines all responsibility in the event of interruption or inaccessibility of the Website, the occurrence of computer “bugs”, any damage resulting from fraudulent acts of third parties (such as intrusion, implantation of viruses, malicious files or computer programs).
The proper functioning of the Website and the Services offered depends on the quality of the User’s Internet connection and the configuration and performance of the equipment he/she uses.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

In the absence of an amicable solution with CLEACH AVOCATS, any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
